Currently serving as President of National Placement Referral Alliance chapter ( NPRA) . Bonita has dedicated years of service to the organizations national board, helping shape the ethical standards and professional practices of the industry across the country. Bonita combines her national leadership with deep local expertise. She treats every family with the same expert guidance and Texas rooted integrity. With a deep passion for serving seniors and their families, she specializes in helping navigate the often overwhelming journey of finding the right senior living solution in independent living, assisted living and memory care.

Alan Morris
Alan brings a wealth of compassion, professionalism, and local expertise to the Plested Senior Solutions team. As a Senior Transition Specialist, he is committed to guiding families through one of life's most important decisions with empathy, integrity, and personalized support.
With more than 40 years working in the healthcare industry, Alan spent 20 years as a practicing physical therapist working in acute care hospitals outpatient rehabilitation clinics, long term care facilities, skilled nursing facilities and providing home health care for Medicare patients. Understanding that every senior's journey is unique, Alan will take the time to listen carefully and understands the importance of creating a senior living arrangement that is carefully matched to the needs of the Senior and their family . He will work diligently to identify the ideal balance of appropriate care, safety, comfort, and community, ensuring every recommendation is tailored to the individual needs of the senior and their loved ones.
